Why HaberkampClan?
Most kids' D&D programs sit kids at a table for two hours and call it a day.We don't. Our open studio space lets your child move, act out scenes, and physically explore the world they're imagining — perfect for kids who can't sit still for traditional tabletop.Every session blends storytelling with active play, run by experienced Game Masters who know how to balance fun with structure. Snacks, dice, character sheets, and equipment all included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Has my kid ever played D&D before? Does that matter? No. We start every new player with the basics, and our mentors are trained to welcome beginners. Many of our kids have never rolled a die before their first session.
What does my child need to bring? Nothing. We provide character sheets, dice, miniatures, and all books. If your child has their own dice, they're welcome to bring them.
Where do sessions take place? At our studio location: 5800 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Sessions are run on-site in a supervised space.
How long are sessions? Kids (ages 5–8): 90-minute sessions. Tweens (ages 9–12): 2-hour sessions. Teens (ages 13–17): 3.5-hour sessions.
What's your cancellation policy? Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the session are eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations within 72 hours of session start are non-refundable. See full policy linked in the footer.
Are mentors background-checked? Yes. Every mentor passes a background check before running a table.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
HaberkampClanLLC offers tabletop roleplaying programs for youth and teens. This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all program purchases.
Cancellations made 72 or more hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or studio credit, at the customer's choice.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. This includes no-shows, last-minute schedule conflicts, and same-day cancellations. We hold the seat for your child, plan the session around expected players, and pay mentors regardless of attendance.
Sessions canceled by HaberkampClanLLC — due to instructor illness, weather, or facility issues — will be either rescheduled or fully refunded at the customer's choice.
Weekly Program enrollments are billed monthly. Mid-month withdrawals are eligible for a prorated refund of remaining sessions, less a $25 administrative fee, if requested at least 7 days before the next scheduled session.

Welcome to HaberkampClan. By using our website, enrolling in our programs, or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are HaberkampClan is a youth tabletop roleplaying program operated by HaberkampClanLLC, a Colorado limited liability company, located at 5800 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
2. Program Enrollment Enrollment is open to youth ages 5–17, subject to program-specific age tiers. A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment, sign the participant waiver, and provide emergency contact information before the participant attends a session.
3. Payment Program fees are due at the time of enrollment or as specified at checkout. We accept payment via credit card and other methods listed at checkout. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
4. Cancellations & Refunds See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a session are non-refundable.
5. Code of Conduct All participants and accompanying adults agree to treat staff, mentors, and other participants with respect. HaberkampClanLLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or program for behavior that disrupts the experience of others, with no refund owed.
6. Photography & Media HaberkampClanLLC may occasionally take photographs or video of sessions for promotional purposes. Parents may opt out at enrollment. We will never publish a participant's full name without explicit written consent.
7. Liability Participation in HaberkampClanLLC programs is voluntary. By enrolling, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with group activities and releases HaberkampClanLLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for ordinary negligence, to the extent permitted by Colorado law. A separate participant waiver must be signed before the first session.
8. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy
HaberkampClanLLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly: parent/guardian name, email, phone number, and mailing address; participant first name, age, and any disclosed allergies or relevant medical information; emergency contact information; payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full credit card numbers); and information you provide in messages, enrollment forms, or waivers.
We also collect basic technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information To enroll participants and run our programs; to communicate with parents and guardians about sessions, schedules, and changes; to process payments and issue refunds; to respond to inquiries; to improve our services and website; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers (payment processor, scheduling software, email provider) under contractual confidentiality, with emergency responders if required in a medical or safety emergency, or with law enforcement if required by valid legal process.
4. Data Security We use industry-standard practices to protect the information you provide. We limit access to participant data to authorized personnel only.
5. Children's Privacy HaberkampClanLLC programs are designed for children. We collect children's information only from a parent or guardian, never directly from a child under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time.
